The Chocolate Kitchen is an integrated production system designed for preparing, processing and storing chocolate, cream and similar products to be used in coating and filling processes. By preserving product quality at every stage of the production process, it helps obtain a homogeneous, smooth final product with the desired properties.

The system consists of a pre-preparation tank, a ball mill, a storage tank and an oil-melting tank. After the raw materials are mixed in the pre-preparation tank, they are processed in the ball mill to reach the desired particle size and texture. The prepared product is kept in storage tanks and fed to the production line in a controlled way.

To ensure the continuity of chocolate and cream quality, the system is equipped with various equipment and features that support process control. Products are transported between tanks and to production points via jacketed pipelines and kept under temperature control. This way the fluidity, structure and quality of the product are preserved throughout the process.

Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, the Chocolate Kitchen offers a reliable and efficient solution for food production facilities with its hygienic design, easy-to-clean structure and modular structure adaptable to different capacities.
