The Cookie Capper – Sandwiching Machine is a multifunctional production system designed to precisely apply fillings such as marshmallow, cream and jelly onto biscuit-based products and, when desired, to combine the products into sandwich form.
The machine can operate with manual or automatic feeding options according to the needs of the production line. The fed biscuits are positioned precisely thanks to servo-controlled transport and centring systems. Thus filling applications and top-biscuit placement are performed with high accuracy, ensuring maximum consistency in product quality.
All movements of the machine are controlled by servo motors. This way, product centring is performed flawlessly and precise operation and repeatable production performance are achieved even at high speeds.
